POLICY

It's not often but it happens - We're sorry if it didn't work out this time. We will issue store credit refunds for all returns unless under the rare circumstances where there is an undeclared rip or stain in the listing, then we will make an exception & refund to your bank account.

We will refund store credit corresponding to the cost of the item(s) + cost of postage

If you are planning to return an order then the item(s) must be declared for processing a return within 14 days of receipt for UK customers & 21 days for international customers. Any items declared for refund after this period will not be eligible for a refund & there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender.

All items will be inspected upon return & must be unused & in the same condition than when you received them. Each garment arrives with a swing tag attached - If this swing tag has been removed or damaged then the order will not be legitimate for return. Any items  returned in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund & will be returned to the sender.

We kindly remind you that it’s your responsibility to double check each item before you purchase, to avoid unnecessary shipping and returns. We urge you to:

  • Read the product description carefully.
  • Double check the sizing and condition before you buy.
  • Email us and ask for more pictures or information if you require.

Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Bodhi Vintage will not be responsible for a return until it has arrived with our returns department

Customers returning goods from the EU will have the import VAT that was paid on their orders delivery deducted from their refund amount. If customers wish to reclaim this VAT, they will need to do of their own accordance.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Please leave your full name & title the message "Return" at the top of the contact box. You will need to include your purchase reference number & the reason for returning your item. After we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
